Mumbai City FC can confirm that midfielder Rowllin Borges has completed a move to fellow ISL side FC Goa that will see him spend the 2023-24 season on loan with the Gaurs.
Rowllin, who joined the Islanders in 2019 from NorthEast United, has made 60 appearances for Mumbai City.
